This was 3 years and a hundred pounds ago. I look and feel very different today, but it doesn't all have to do with the weight. I went through a lot of critical medical experiences, which were unexpected, life threatening and very humbling. My goal is to share my story and support my own continuing journey and maybe yours...
I don't think I ever really understood how big I was... not until I look back at photos of me before my weight loss surgery. Even though I still have a bout 50 pounds to go, life is so much better without having to carry around a hundred extra pounds.
